One year later: Belief. Obligation. Prayer. Belonging.
October 7, the war in Israel and the explosion of antisemitism around the world prompted many and varied Jewish crises and opportunities. Some people lost - and some found - faith, community, and observance. Many struggled to maintain their Jewish coherence in a profoundly and painfully altered world. One year later, it’s time to get back to basics and consider our relationships to the foundations of our Jewish lives: belief; obligation; prayer; and belonging. How have they changed? How have they been challenged? How have they been sustained? What can the tradition itself offer as we reimagine and renew our Jewish selves for the year ahead?
Tuesdays, 7 pm – 8:30 pm: Nov, 26, Dec 3, 10 & 17.
Cost: $144 per person for 4 sessions
